:: The Experience - Part I ::

Orang yg tak suka n fikir macam2 mesti cakap, alah, cabin crew, senang je nak dapat. dia orang akan pandang rendah kat cabin crew. tapi do u know, MAS cabin crew sgt strict. unlike AirAsia. not to condemn them but it's a fact, just to let u guys know that being a MAS cabin crew is not as easy as it seems. even nak gi interview, memang sgt tough. there are few stages.

here am gonna share with you my experience, when i first went to the interview last week 30th July.

Saturday - 30th July

7.30am - Sampai sana at 7.30am. masuk je gate, kena beratur, dah ramai dah time ni. tulis nama kat guard house. for security ley. masa nak masuk gate, ternampak few candidates.. wow. they are so beautiful. with the height and so on. boleh pulak masa tu tak bawak revision notes, pen. dah terpaksa pinjam pen 1 girl yg tgh beratur in front of me tuk tulis nama tu. memang ada form khas for those yg dtg for the interview.

7.45am. duduk kat bench. ade banyak bench kat situ. memang dah ramai sgt yg dtg. bukan melayu je ade, chinese yg mmg cun2 pun ada. indian. pakai kebaya lagi tu. damn beautiful~ mcm2 gaya ade. i was sitting tgh2 bench, on my left and right side ada orang la. candidates. mati2 ingat kan dia orang ni malay. rupa2nya, on my left side is a Chindian girl named Mozshini (the girl i borrowed the pen from), n my right side, chinese named Ai fern. maklumlah, dah semua berkebaya. i have to be really peramah. which i am actually. hahah. terlebih. Moszhi works at Sony Midvalley, i think so la. n Ai Fern at Genting. both as customer service.

Mozshi was reading a note. same as Ai Fern, n i was like, Oh My Gucci, where the heck am i doing here without preparing anything. it's not like i didnt prepare anything. [i did. in fact i did print out some facts about MAS. i.e. history, background bla bla. like 20 pages. hahah. but then, what the coach! i forgot to bring any of them!] i mean like, i was supposed to at least read something while waiting there [instead of sitting there like a memorial plaque!] to add up my confident so that i know what i'm going to answer and talk about. what if they ask me about the organization. what if they ask me this n that n i akan mcm.. err. arr.. oh my prada! ok ili. stop it. just be confident. if it is not meant for u, it is not meant for u la kan. just go for it. u're already here! half way! [i heard myself talking]

[actually i'm just estimating the time, x tengok jam pukul berapa2 pun because my nervous dah buat i lupa nak buat apa2 selain dpd fikir this n that]

8.15am. Orang kat situ sengal tau. patutnya bagi la no giliran awal2, mse reg kat guard house tu. ni de abang tu panggil suruh beratur amik no giliran tuk interview pulak. dah sah2 yg mana dtg lambat, boleh berebut2 nak kejar beratur dpd kita orang yg dtg as earlu as 7.15am!. ihh! that is what me, Mozshi and Ai Fern marah and bengang gila. ok xpe. Mine is 55. [ok when i received the number, i was hoping it would give me luck. haha 5 is my fav number tuuu~. ok khurafat! no such thing as that ili!] Moszhi's 50. n Ai Fern's 60.

1st thing 1st. lepas amik number, pegi canteen hall. isi form yg siap ada no giliran tu. then die panggil 20 numbers each call. so, luckily three of us sekali. then pergi ukur tinggi, n berat. ada jugak tu yg awal2 kena reject sebab tinggi x ckup. tapi mcm npk that girl same tinggi je dgn i. (-.-) After that, ramai2 beratur pergi lobby, masa ni la dorang buat screening every document they required ada ke tak. n amik macam tag, yellow sticker. kena tulis nama, no giliran, ic bla bla. three of us still together la, tunggu sama2.

and so, 1st hall. tunggu giliran for 1st stage. i swear to god, i was so nervous during that time till i felt like i wanted to just go back home and forget about all ths thing. tiba2 rasa mcm.. mama~ ili nak mama~ T_T shuhh. shuhh. u're already half way ili. if it's meant for u, it is meant for u. again i heard myself talking.

ok. all of sudden i couldn't recall few parts of the interview right this moment! ok. i couldn't explain in detail, as i couldn't recall la which is which, what is what so on and so forth!
